Went for a backyard forage this morning and rounded up lemongrass, gladiolus, tobacco flowers, sweet broom, cannas, and lilacs. Not a bad scavenge.

Over two years since the accidents and I’m still waiting to see if therapy will be covered by workers’ comp. The way I felt the day before I got hurt is so different from how I’ve felt every day since. I was still stressed about various aspects in my life back then but I was generally an optimistic, hopeful and happy person. The anxiety I’ve felt from that day forward has been exhausting. I want to change it but I don’t know how. Therapy was working, but I was only approved for six sessions. If the end goal is to get me physically and mentally ready to go back to work, how can this be right?
Until the therapy gets approved, at least I have the web. There are some good tips here.
